Why do I see the same invoice twice in my inbox?

Invoice shown twice in Inbox

An invoice is displayed twice if your user has two tasks related to the invoice. Examples of when this can happen include:

  • The invoice is distributed to different users and roles. For example, your specific user and a specific role your user has assigned can each have a deviation to handle on the invoice.

  • The invoice is assigned to a role that you have, and the invoice also has a task assigned to another user. This user has delegated their invoices to you, resulting in the invoice being shown twice.
