How do I set up a new user?

There are two ways to set up a user in MediusFlow:

1. import - the user is added automatically based on import configuration

2. creating the user manually on the User administration page

If the user is imported, roles and authorization groups may be automatically assigned depending on import configuration. Basic notification settings are usually added automatically as well, but you can change them if necessary.

When creating the user manually, you must assign appropriate roles and authorization groups to the user's account. It is also a good practice to specify a supervisor and notification settings.
