How do I report a problem with users not being able to log on to MediusFlow?

If you experience an issue with a user(s) who cannot login to MediusFlow please contact the Medius support. Examples setup related issues:

  1. A specific user cannot login
  2. A user used to be able to login, but is now not able and is receiving an error message instead
  3. All of your users cannot login


Please note that there are several solutions available in our success portals FAQ section. Searching the FAQ section is a good way to start troubleshooting the issue.

Please make sure to provide a detailed description of the problem. We recommend summarizing any internal e-mail conversations for us to get a better understanding of the problem. This will facilitate the Medius support to better help you.


Submit the following information:

  1. Which user(s) are having a problem logging in? Is it only a specific user or can none of your users login to MediusFlow?
  2. Do you receive any error message when you try to login? If so, please include the error message, if still available.
  3. When did the problem start to occur? Provide date and time. Please include time zone, this makes it easier for Medius support to navigate logs.
  4. Are you using ADFS, Office 365/Azure AD authentication or other external authentication services to log on to MediusFlow? Have you verified with your IT that no changes has been made to these services that can cause problems logging in to MediusFlow? 
  5. Have you compared the setup of the users who cannot login with the user(s) who can login? Compare the setup in MediusFlow and in your AD or Office 365/Azure AD solution. Ask your IT for assistance.
