How to prevent Verify or other modules from not starting and solve any user interface problems in Readsoft modules?

Common module and interface-related problems include:

  • Verify module crashes when working with the application.

  • Verify module user interface looks strange.

  • The INVOICES splash screen is shown at startup, but the Verify module does not start.

  • The Verify module does not start at all.

To solve these issues, ask your IT department to perform the following tasks on your computer:

  1. Open the Windows registry (Windows logo key + R)

  2. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > ReadSoft

  3. Delete or rename the Readsoft folder

If you need to apply this solution often, contact the Medius Support as more troubleshooting is needed to find the root cause of the problem.
